SHIPPING COSTS
For shipping / delivery costs we use the following rates:
DELIVERY TIMES
We only deliver after approval of payments via iDEAL and Credit/Debit Card.
After payment you will receive your order within 1 to 2 working days.
Note: During peak periods, such as the holiday season,
delivery times for all shipping options may vary.
RETURN ORDER
You may return your order by post within 14 days of receipt or collection.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Following cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. Upon return, the full order amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded. Please note that the cost of returning the item to our webshop is your responsibility. For specific return shipping rates, please refer to your chosen shipping carrier’s website.
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate this process, please contact us at info@shadescosmetics.nl. We will refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving notification of your return, provided the product has been returned in good condition.
For hygienic reasons, all types of hair products (synthetic and human hair), wigs, and extensions cannot be returned.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
